Snowflake’s Partner organization plays a vital role in accelerating the customer journey by empowering our ecosystem to deliver best-in-class technology, solutions, and services, all while ensuring a high-impact, seamless partner experience. As Snowflake continues to scale, we are focused on expanding our go-to-market strategy into new markets, customer segments, and sales channels through a scalable, innovative partner model.
We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Resale Program, Senior Manager to own and expand Snowflake’s global resale programs. In this role, you will define and operationalize our resale strategy, working closely with key partners to drive revenue growth. You will be instrumental in shaping partner-led routes to market, optimizing program operations, and enabling both internal teams and external partners.
This is a highly cross-functional, hands-on role that requires strong program leadership, execution excellence, and deep collaboration across sales, partner operations, finance, legal, product, IT, and marketing. Your work will be central to building the capabilities needed to scale Snowflake’s partner ecosystem, accelerate innovation, and extend our reach through indirect sales channels.
AS A RESALE PROGRAM, SR. MANAGER AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:Build and evolve the resale program framework, including engagement models, pricing, tiers, and governance
Align program design with global channel strategy and regional needs
Streamline partner onboarding, enablement, and activation processes
Support deal structuring, co-sell motions, and partner escalations
Track partner performance using KPIs and scorecards; drive ongoing improvements
Collaborate with legal, finance, sales, and marketing to support contracts, field alignment, and go-to-market assets
Optimize operational processes across quoting, deal reg, and billing with Partner Ops
Drive program scalability through playbooks, automation, and documentation
Monitor market trends and evolve the program to stay competitive and innovative
8+ years of experience in channel, resale, or partner programs within the technology sector (cloud, SaaS, or data platforms preferred)
Proven success in launching and scaling global resale programs
Strong understanding of resale business models, partner agreements, and indirect sales motions
Experience with cross-functional program management and executive stakeholder engagement
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly analytical, data-driven, and operationally-minded
Experience with Salesforce, PRM tools, and partner ecosystems
