- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field or relevant equivalent work experience needed.
- Relevant certifications in Epic Reporting are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in report development, with a focus on healthcare reporting in Epic EHR systems. Experience with Epic’s Reporting Workbench, Radar, and Slicer Dicer is preferred.
- Experience in lieu of education is also considered.
- Experience configuring reporting for multiple service areas within the Community Connect network is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Experience with reporting tools, and knowledge of programming language. Familiarity with data structure concepts and ETL processes is a plus.
- Analytical Skills: Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-Oriented: Exceptional attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Compensation Range:
$71,500.00- $104,000.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
