Who We Are:

At LifeLoop, we are powering a new era of aging—where proactive engagement and wellness help older adults not just live longer, but better.

Our technology helps senior living communities elevate the everyday experience for residents, families, and staff. By personalizing engagement and supporting whole-person wellness, we help prevent isolation, empower purpose, and create moments that truly matter. And by seamlessly connecting residents, staff, families, and the broader community, LifeLoop strengthens relationships and fosters the sense of belonging that makes senior living feel like home.

If you’re inspired by mission-driven work and excited to shape a brighter, more connected future for aging, we’d love for you to join us.

Join the Vista Family:

In March 2021, Vista Equity Partners acquired iN2L, the leading resident engagement platform in senior living. In April 2022, Vista acquired LifeLoop, merging the two companies to form the most comprehensive senior living operations and engagement platform in the market. In September 2023, iN2L and LifeLoop rebranded under the unified name, LifeLoop. Building on this growth, in 2024, LifeLoop acquired Linked Senior, to deepen it's strength in delivering the leading resident and staff experience solution to market.

Their “intraportfolio” approach allows for career advancement opportunities and provides LifeLoop employees the opportunity to benefit from shared learnings from across Vista’s ecosystem.

What It’s Like to Work Here:

We work hard. We also love what we do, and it shows. Over the last 26 years we have built a culture at LifeLoop that is rooted in our mission to enrich the lives of seniors. LifeLoop team members are all-in. We approach our work and our business wholeheartedly, with the ultimate desire to do good. We are committed to doing right by our business and our clients. And last but certainly not least, we believe that fun matters. It is a part of our work life at LifeLoop and at the center of our approach to developing technology and content that truly connects and engages.

The Opportunity: Renewals Manager

LifeLoop is hiring a Renewals Manager to own recontracts, manual renewals, dispositions, and replacement orders, work that has been split across our CSMs and account managers. Owning it centrally frees CSMs to focus on strategic, value, and adoption conversations, and frees account managers to focus on expansion and growth deals.

What to Expect in the Role

The Renewals Manager owns the renewal motion for dispositions (i.e., M&A of customer communities), manual renewals, recontracts, and replacement orders, working alongside CSMs and account managers across every segment.

  • Own upcoming dispositions, manual renewals, recontracts/consolidations, and replacement orders across all current customer segments including Strategic, Enterprise, Mid-Market, and SMB.
  • Begin work 180+ days before each renewal date, and keep a clear view of the next 90 to 180 days of upcoming renewals.
  • Move customers off legacy contracts to current, more favorable terms including pricing, payment, products, and term length.
  • Lead renewal, contract, and pricing negotiations with customers.
  • Help shape LifeLoop's renewal uplift percentages and strategy.
  • Maintain a weekly opportunity forecast and SFDC data hygiene for all renewals, dispositions, and manual renewals.
  • Assist with monthly and quarterly renewals and disposition forecasting.
  • Partner with CSMs to flag priority accounts each quarter, and make sure you have the right customer contacts for renewals and dispositions.
  • Work with account managers on upcoming renewals so they can spend their time on expansion and growth deals.
  • When a disposition or manual renewal does not result in a recontract, partner with the CSM to process cancellation requests properly and explore potential contract saves.
  • Join the high-risk and churn meetings with ELT, SLT, and CS leadership, and raise renewal risk early.
  • Use AI tools to develop more efficient methods of customer outreach, value positioning, and forecasting for renewals and dispositions.
  • Assist with quoting hardware replacement orders on an as-needed basis.
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with customers, internal partners, and leadership on status, risks, and next steps.

Performance Expectations

  • We expect the Renewals Manager to help the company protect and grow recurring revenue, with numeric targets set in the annual variable compensation plan.
  • Meet or exceed renewal bookings targets (renewals quota)
  • Manage manual renewals 180+ days ahead of the renewal date
  • Work to recontract dispositions within the 30-day recontract policy window
  • Partner with the account teams (CSMs and AMs) on large account opportunities to close renewals and support expansion growth
  • Maintain a weekly forecast with a high level of accuracy
  • Move legacy contracts to current, more favorable terms
  • Deliver renewal pricing and uplift outcomes through effective contract and pricing negotiation
  • Close a high percentage of renewals on time or ahead of schedule
  • Document status, risks, and next steps on every upcoming renewal in Salesforce
  • Maintain consistent hand-offs with CSMs and account managers, so CSMs stay focused on adoption and value and account managers stay focused on expansion

30/60/90 Onboarding Plan

By day 90, the Renewals Manager owns a defined set of renewals and dispositions and runs the bi-weekly forecast.

First 30 days

  • LifeLoop orientation (HR and compliance)
  • Value story certified
  • LifeLoop product orientation

  • Work first renewals and dispositions with oversight
  • Renewal assignments finalized by the Sr. Director, Customer Success (will be assigned sooner if available)
  • Variable comp plan issued (timing to confirm with HR)

61 to 90 days

  • Renewal intros begin (if not completed already)
  • Maintain the bi-weekly disposition and manual renewal forecast
  • Discuss accounts during risk, renewal, and other team meetings
  • 90-day retrospective / QBR

What We Expect of You

  • Organization: keep track of multiple high priorities and hard renewal dates at once.
  • Strong communicator: proactively share clear, actionable information on renewal status, risks, and next steps with customers and internal partners.
  • Problem solver: uncover why a renewal is stuck, find the root cause, and bring the right internal resources to resolve it.
  • Self-starter: do not wait to be told what to do next; chase the next step.
  • Commercially aware: understand how renewals, dispositions, and contract terms drive GRR and NRR.
  • Skilled negotiator: comfortable negotiating renewals, contracts, and pricing with customers while protecting the relationship.
  • Win-win mindset: passionate about helping customers find value and, through that, building long-term partnerships.
  • Lives out LifeLoop's mission and core values: Be a Learner, Be a Winning Team, Be an Owner, Be Real, Be Kind, Be Empathetic, and Be Results Oriented.

What You Bring

  • Required experience:
    • Prior SaaS renewals, contracts, or sales experience
    • Work renewals through Salesforce and CPQ processes
    • Negotiate renewals, contracts, and pricing
    • Ability to accurately forecast renewals
    • Manage both volume-based renewals alongside high-value, large-account renewals
  • Nice to have experience:
    • Senior living industry or senior living tech experience
    • Contract management in a high M&A industry
    • AI skills including Gong, Claude, and N8N
  • Naturally inquisitive; always willing to seek out more information
