A Renewal Desk Data Analyst works with Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Renewal Specialists, Order Management, and Account Executives by retrieving, organizing, and analyzing renewal data, then crafting into reality a system-derived proposal with the details requested. This is accomplished by working in our Salesforce.com environment and Excel tools.
- Analyze and review renewal opportunities and account history, gather product details, quantity, purchase price, contract renewal price, partner details/calculations, and contract document review
- Work in a team environment to ensure the completion of assigned task(s) within specified deadlines for an assigned region and in support of a specified Geography(s)
- Test enhancements to Salesforce system in conjunction with Business Systems
- Organize meetings with internal resources to discuss findings
- Perform additional duties as required
Candidates must be based in the Detroit area. Candidates residing within 45 miles of Detroit will follow a hybrid work model and are expected to work from the Detroit office 2–3 days per week.
What will help you succeedMinimum Qualifications- At least 2 years of professional experience in data analysis, renewals operations, sales operations, finance, accounting, order management, or a related analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, along with working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM system.
- Strong mathematical skills, with an emphasis on accounting, pricing, or financial calculations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a deadline-driven, mission-critical environment.
- Strong organizational skills, including detailed record-keeping, independent follow-through, and a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility and effectiveness when working in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with appropriate guidance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to break down complex information, validate results, and develop creative solutions using first principles.
- Ability to learn new concepts, software, products, and business processes quickly.

- The base salary range for this role is $63K - $75K. When determining your salary, we consider your experience, skills, education, and work location.
