Our food service division manages a network of quick-service and counter-service locations across the greater Chicagoland area, serving thousands of customers every day at high-traffic venues, including commercial districts, transit hubs, and retail centers.
ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a Remote Receptionist to serve as a first point of contact for customers, visitors, and internal teams. You will handle incoming calls and messages, provide basic information, route requests to the appropriate team, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL DOAnswer incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries
Provide basic information and assistance to customers and other contacts
Direct calls and requests to the appropriate team or location
Schedule appointments and coordinate basic requests
Maintain contact information and administrative records
Follow up on requests when needed
Provide general administrative support to the team
Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, hospitality, or a similar role
Professional and friendly communication style
Strong organization and attention to detail
Comfortable handling calls, messages, and multiple requests
Basic computer and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills
Reliable and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection and workspace
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Previous remote receptionist or virtual receptionist experience
Experience with scheduling or appointment management
Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or care environments
Bilingual communication skills - English / Spanish
$18–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
