ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Remote Receptionist to serve as a first point of contact for customers, visitors, and internal teams. You will handle incoming calls and messages, provide basic information, route requests to the appropriate team, and support day-to-day administrative tasks.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Answer incoming calls, messages, and general inquiries

  • Provide basic information and assistance to customers and other contacts

  • Direct calls and requests to the appropriate team or location

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate basic requests

  • Maintain contact information and administrative records

  • Follow up on requests when needed

  • Provide general administrative support to the team

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • Previous experience in reception, customer service, administration, hospitality, or a similar role

  • Professional and friendly communication style

  • Strong organization and attention to detail

  • Comfortable handling calls, messages, and multiple requests

  • Basic computer and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills

  • Reliable and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

  • Reliable internet connection and workspace

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

NICE TO HAVE
  • Previous remote receptionist or virtual receptionist experience

  • Experience with scheduling or appointment management

  • Experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or care environments

  • Bilingual communication skills - English / Spanish

COMPENSATION

$18–$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
