About the Job

LifeWise is seeking a gospel-centered, strategic, and results-driven Regional Vice President of Advancement (RVPA) to oversee and lead a team of State Directors across a multi-state region.


This role is responsible for driving regional growth, leadership development and advancement outcomes by equipping and managing approximately 12 State Directors. The RVPA ensures alignment with LifeWise’s mission, vision and performance standards while scaling program expansion and fundraising efforts across the region.


Regional Vice Presidents are high-level leaders with four primary areas of focus:

  • Leadership & Team Development
  • Regional Program Growth
  • Regional Advancement Strategy
  • Strategic Leadership & Fundraising

Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development

  • Directly lead, coach, and develop a team of approximately 12 State Directors
  • Provide consistent accountability through regular 1:1s, performance reviews and goal tracking
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop new State Directors as expansion occurs
  • Cultivate a high-performance, mission-driven culture across the region
  • Ensure State Directors are successfully integrating Growth and Advancement strategies
  • Support State Directors in partnering with the Support Center to maintain quality control across centralized processes

Regional Program Growth

  • Ensure State Directors are effectively building grassroots momentum to launch new programs
  • Analyze regional data and trends to identify high-opportunity areas for expansion
  • Provide strategic guidance to accelerate growth in key states and communities
  • Align state-level strategies with national growth priorities
  • Assist in high-level leaders and influencers meetings when needed in each state

Regional Advancement Strategy

  • Oversee and strengthen fundraising performance across the region
  • Coach State Directors in developing and managing strong donor pipelines
  • Assist in cultivating and closing high-capacity donor relationships when appropriate
  • Ensure consistent execution of advancement best practices across all states
  • Monitor revenue performance and ensure teams meet or exceed regional fundraising targets
  • Support strategic partnerships and key stakeholder relationships at a regional level

Strategic Leadership & Fundraising

  • Translate national vision into actionable regional strategies
  • Build, manage, and grow a personal portfolio of donors, leading fundraising efforts to support regional and national revenue growth
  • Ensure consistent use of Salesforce (or CRM) for tracking performance, pipelines and follow-up
  • Establish clear metrics, dashboards and reporting structures for the region
  • Collaborate with national leadership and other Regional Vice Presidents of Advancement to share best practices
  • Drive operational excellence and consistency across all states

Qualifications

  • A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Statement of Faith
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing high-performing teams
  • Strong coaching and accountability skills with a track record of driving results through others
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to operate at both high-level and tactical levels
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; high emotional intelligence
  • Experience in fundraising, sales or advancement leadership strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (or similar CRM), Google Workspace and performance tracking tools
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to lead effectively in a remote environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the region (including overnight travel)

Salary and Benefits

  • Pay: $100,000+ per year (commensurate with experience)
  • Benefits:
