LifeSpice Ingredients is a fast-growing, entrepreneurial seasoning company headquartered in downtown Chicago. We partner with leading food manufacturers to develop innovative, proprietary dry seasoning blends that deliver bold flavor and high performance.

We are seeking an ambitious, relationship-driven Regional Sales Manager to help expand our presence throughout the Great Plains Mountain West region selling directly to Food Manufacturers. This is a new sales territory within our sales team. This person will be responsible for driving new customer growth, deepening existing partnerships, and leading projects from concept through commercialization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and report directly to the Senior VP of Sales & Marketing.

🔎 What You’ll Do

  • Develop and grow business across the Great Plains Mountain West region
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new customer opportunities (including cold outreach)
  • Deepen partnerships with current customers to expand sales
  • Manage customer-specific projects from ideation to commercialization
  • Work closely with R&D, Quality, Client Services, and Marketing to exceed customer expectations
  • Represent LifeSpice at regional and national trade shows

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of food-industry sales experience with existing industry contacts
  • Proven track record of driving growth and managing accounts
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong initiative, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate clearly
  • Willingness to travel 33%+
