About the role 

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-driven, and experienced Regional Sales Manager specializing in enterprise sales who is dedicated to improving global security by protecting organizations against the world's most advanced attackers. The successful candidate will thrive in a high-velocity sales model, working closely with Sales Development Reps (SDRs), Inside Sales Reps (ISRs), and partners to drive growth in the region. Candidates should have a strong network of executive-level contacts and be flexible in adapting to rapidly changing circumstances. You must be results-driven, customer-focused, and skilled at building strong relationships internally and externally to attack the market with passion.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, develop, and execute an enterprise account strategy to close new business opportunities and expand revenue with customers across the assigned region, independently and collaboratively.
  • Scope, negotiate, and close agreements to meet or exceed booking and revenue quota targets.
  • Access decision-makers in key prospect accounts in the assigned territory and build long-lasting relationships.
  • Lead demos and complex pilots as a hands-on, customer-facing professional.
  • Work closely with end customers and channel partners to generate, develop, and close enterprise sales opportunities for Pentera.
  • Be a skilled influencer, identifying the right partners (resellers and distributors), establishing relationships, and providing leadership and support to all partners.
  • Take ownership of sales forecasting, pipeline management, and upward reporting to regional executives.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Direct quota carrier with at least 3 years of proven track record of meeting and overachieving targets, specifically in enterprise cybersecurity sales.
  • Strong focus on driving results through sales targets, forecasting disciplines, and pipeline management.
  • Consultative sales approach with the ability to present Pentera’s technology and articulate how it addresses both business and technical needs.
  • Proven experience developing senior executive relationships in enterprise settings.
  • Proficiency in leveraging CRM tools for real-time forecast and funnel management.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Outstanding presentation, written, verbal, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Goal-oriented, confident, competitive, and tenacious in pursuing enterprise sales success.
  • Ability to work remotely, with the flexibility to travel up to 50% of the time on short notice.
  • Creative and adaptive approach to overcoming sales obstacles.
  • A growth mindset and open-minded approach to continuous improvement.
  • Experience in bringing a new enterprise-level company and product to market.

Pentera offers a competitive annual base salary in the range of $130,000–$150,000 USD (Base) , depending on experience and fit.
