We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to support and grow our Rider’s Advantage dealer network. In this role, you will take ownership of a region, developing new dealer partnerships, strengthening existing relationships, and driving performance through training, strategy, and hands-on support. This is a high-impact, field-based role for a self-starter who thrives on building relationships, solving problems, and driving measurable growth.

What You'll Do

  • Identify and onboard new dealership partners within your assigned region
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with active dealers to support retention and growth
  • Conduct in-person dealership visits to assess performance, provide support, and strengthen partnerships
  • Train and mentor dealership staff on Rider’s Advantage products, processes, and sales strategies
  • Develop and execute regional action plans to drive production and performance
  • Analyze dealership performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with dealership leadership (owners, GMs, F&I managers, service teams) to align on goals and strategies
  • Respond to dealer and customer inquiries, including support on claims-related questions when needed
  • Maintain accurate records of activity, dealer interactions, and pipeline development
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and strategic partnerships

What Makes You Successful

You’ll be successful in this role if you’re a highly motivated, relationship-driven sales professional who takes ownership of your territory and operates with a strong sense of initiative. You enjoy building partnerships from the ground up while also strengthening and growing existing relationships.

You’re equally comfortable coaching dealership teams, analyzing performance, and developing strategies to improve results. You bring a problem-solving mindset, think proactively, and are able to adapt your approach based on the needs of each partner and market.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in automotive sales, F&I, dealership operations, or a related field
  • Proven ability to build relationships and drive business growth
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel extensively within assigned region
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in F&I products, vehicle service contracts, or dealership performance roles
  • Experience training or mentoring dealership staff
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess performance and recommend improvements
  • Experience in field-based or territory sales roles

This Role Might Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Enjoy being on the road and working directly with dealership partners
  • Like building relationships while also driving measurable results
  • Thrive in a role where you have autonomy and ownership over your territory
  • Are motivated by helping others succeed while achieving your own performance goals

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits
  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Company-provided tools and support to help you succeed
  • Opportunities for career growth within APCO Holdings
