Manage and grow a regional RV and powersports dealer network by developing new partnerships, supporting and training dealer staff, conducting in-person visits, analyzing performance, executing regional action plans, and maintaining accurate pipeline and activity records to drive retention and sales growth.

Drive new business growth within an assigned territory by identifying, pursuing, and closing financial institution (credit union) partnerships. Build and manage a qualified pipeline, establish relationships with decision-makers, execute market entry and re-engagement strategies, support field sales, maintain CRM activity tracking, and travel extensively.

Provide onboarding and operational support to dealership partners, manage dealer and customer communications, maintain CRM records, assist with remittances and collections, troubleshoot product and iTap Menu issues, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve account issues.

Analyze production and loss experience, support pricing and rate recommendations, apply actuarial methods to identify risk drivers, prepare pricing and reserve analyses, support financial projections, and coordinate implementation and testing of actuarial systems and processes.
