The Opportunity

As a Regional Partnership Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding opportunity for all learners. Riverside Insights' Clinical business is where school psychologists, special educators, and evaluation teams turn for the tools behind every special education evaluation, and you will be the face of that business in the field. You will lead strategic sales efforts across an assigned territory, with a focus on selling Riverside Clinical products through renewals, upselling, and cross-selling.

By building strong relationships with key partners and developing strategic sales plans, you will contribute directly to our mission of growing the potential in every student. Because our Clinical customers are practitioners, you will also act as a subject matter expert for the products you represent. Credibility with clinicians matters as much as selling skill.

This is a field-based role with real ownership, and you will be out visiting customers and attending conferences across your region. It is a high-visibility territory where results are noticed. You will work within a disciplined sales rhythm built on proactive renewal planning, accurate pipeline and forecasting, and regular coaching. We are looking for someone with urgency, curiosity about the customer, and a genuine drive to keep learning.

Applicants must be based in territory to be considered for this position.

This role reports to the VP of Partnerships, Clinical

What You'll Do

In this role, you will get to:

  • Drive new business growth. Secure new logos, expand existing partnerships, and cross-sell our innovative solutions to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Run proactive renewals. Begin renewal and conversion planning four to six months ahead, tracking adoption, usage, and risk to protect and grow your renewal rate.
  • Make the value case. Use discovery and outcome-based business cases to position premium solutions and support pricing conversations with district decision makers.
  • Execute your territory plan. Create and execute a territory plan aligned with departmental objectives, monitoring progress and implementing alternative strategies as needed.
  • Keep your pipeline accurate. Leverage CRM tools such as HubSpot to maintain accurate and up-to-date pipeline data, improving forecasting accuracy and decision-making.
  • Build product expertise. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Riverside's clinical products and strategic offerings, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and expertise in product presentations.
  • Sell in the field. Travel to meet customers in person and present and demo our solutions on site, at conferences, and by Zoom, and respond to questions, quotes, and issues within 24 hours.
  • Build thought leadership. Stay informed about industry trends and share insights to inform product and sales strategies.
  • Advance your sales skills. Grow in business development, strategic selling, and territory management through training and coaching, including manager-attended customer meetings.
