VSC Fire & Security is seeking candidates for the position of Deficiency Specialist.

What you need:
- Three to five (3-5) years of industry related work experience.
- In-depth knowledge of fire sprinkler systems, including design, installation, operation, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with local and national fire codes and regulations, such as NFPA standards.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead a team, allocate resources effectively, and drive results.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and analyze deficiencies and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to prepare detailed reports and interact with clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to pass various background checks.
- Reliable transportation, valid State Driver's License with acceptable driving record for use of company vehicle.
- Desirable (but not required):
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Experience in conducting inspections or assessments of fire protection systems.
What you will do:
- Responsible for the overall management of all incoming orders from customers and maintain customer expectations to meet service agreements as the primary point of contact.
- Supervise and lead a team of Fire Sprinkler Deficiency Specialists, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise.
- Build trust with Divisions to increase efficiency on orders and scheduling.
