The Regional Cutting Sales Manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, developing regional channels, and collaborating with teams, while managing territory and sales strategies.
Job Description:
Regional Cutting Sales Manager will report to the Sales Manager, Swift-Cut remotely. The successful candidate will attain a level of technical conversancy that allows the professional presentation of ESAB and its products. This position is accountable for the successful management of a sales region involving, but not limited to, direct sales responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed budgeted regional sales and profit targets.
- Develop, train, and motivate regional channels or distribution.
- Develop and maintain cross-functional teamwork.
- Provide timely and thorough feedback of business activity, trends, and market position.
- Utilize sales tools provided.
- Formulate and implement effective time/territory management tactics.
- Coordinate sales strategies and tactics.
- Suggest and utilize cost saving and cost avoidance measures.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Four-year degree, or equivalent education/experience.
- Proven sales skills and technical abilities in the welding/cutting industry.
- Excellent team/people skills.
- Skilled in monetization and value selling.
- Skilled in IT tools, CRM, and Microsoft Office.
- Willing to travel 50% plus.
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision.

Pay Range:
