The role / impact
This is an individual contributor role where you will act as a vital bridge between data and action for our regional sales leaders. By delivering "last mile" diagnostics and surfacing regional performance insights, you will ensure that the most strategically important decisions are grounded in high-quality analytics. You will be responsible for developing analytical models and performing deep dives that convert complex sales data into actionable guidance, helping to drive sales productivity and execution across the region.
Your work will help make running a business beautiful for our small business community by making our regional operations more efficient and data-driven. By bringing together multiple data sources in a cohesive way, you will provide the clarity needed to empower our leadership team and identify opportunities for growth and churn prevention.
The team / how they connect
You will be an embedded partner within our regional sales structure, working closely with the Sales Analytics and Insights team to ensure regional operations are supported by a single source of truth. The team collaborates across functions like Finance, Marketing, and Product to source data and build strong relationships with central data groups, creating a coordinated effort to improve forecast accuracy and strategic planning.
The team is currently working on / Initially, you will focus on
Enhancing regional reporting packs and dashboards using Tableau and modern BI tools to deliver a holistic view of performance across bulk deals and organic growth.
Analysing pipeline coverage, conversion rates, and deal velocity to identify specific opportunities for the regional sales teams.
Supporting regional leadership with scenario modelling for coverage, segmentation, and quota planning.
Contributing to the global analytics roadmap by advocating for consistent KPI definitions while utilising data science to improve forecast accuracy.

You bring a mastery of SQL for extracting and manipulating complex datasets to find the story behind the numbers.
Your background includes a deep understanding of SaaS business models and sales metrics, allowing you to provide commercial insights that truly resonate with stakeholders.
You possess the ability to translate technical findings into compelling narratives for non-technical leaders, ensuring your insights drive real-world outcomes.
You are comfortable working with tools like Tableau, Snowflake, or dbt and enjoy applying statistical methodologies to solve business challenges.
You have a natural aptitude for collaborating across global and regional teams, influencing outcomes even without direct authority.
You thrive in environments with some ambiguity, showing the initiative to make progress and capture business requirements despite incomplete information.
