What We DoAre you a dynamic leader with a passion for driving sales and inspiring teams? Join our company as a Regional Sales Manager and lead a high-performance sales team to new heights. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of our sales operations in the territories covering Oregon, Washington, Utah, Colorado, Idaho and Wyoming

What You'll Do:

  • Create regional sales plans and goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Support day-to-day activities of sales representatives.
  • Evaluate team and individual performances.
  • Report on regional sales results.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual goals.
  • Identify hiring needs, select, and train new area managers.
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
  • Address potential problems and suggest solutions.
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or reduction.
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to enhance the customer experience.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and sales management
  • Exceptional ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team using strong, positive coaching methodologies that are direct, strategic, and clear.
  • Ability to utilize excellent communication skills to convey clear, direct, and motivating messages to the team.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills with a positive mindset to manage day-to-day sales operations effectively.
  • Previous experience fostering a resilient and adaptive culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills to focus on key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI)
  • Ability to engage the team in the company's sales philosophy and process. Be open to new ideas and ensure each salesperson feels like a key part of the team and the solutions provided to customers. Achieve team-wide buy-in, even when preferences differ, to drive productivity
  • Ability to do 25% travel
  • May require a valid driver’s license

Salary Range:

$95,000 base + bonuses

This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location
