EquipmentShare is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator II to join our growing team. This position will be based at our corporate headquarters in Columbia, MO, with the option to work remotely. The primary focus will be on supporting the Mountain West region, so the ideal candidate will need to work Mountain Time hours (approximately 8 AM - 4 PM MST).

EquipmentShare is seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to be responsible for keeping the Talent Acquisition pipeline moving and be a liaison between the Recruiters and the management teams that are hiring.

Salary range: $25-$28. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Keep Greenhouse (ATS) up to date with current openings and updated job descriptions.
• Create new requisitions for open positions as they open, and ensure job details are entered accurately.
• Help schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers upon request.
• Send out DISC personality assessments to candidates in the assessment stage as needed.
• Verify offer letter details, facilitate approvals, and send to candidates for signature.
• Ensure Onboarding teams have all information and documentation needed to enter new hires into HRIS, facilitate background checks, drug tests, etc. 
• Manage prospective candidates in Greenhouse. 
• Coordinate travel for candidates coming to corporate for interviews as needed. 
• Close requisitions in Greenhouse as needed and repost as requested.
• May conduct phone screens when needed.
• Facilitate a positive candidate experience throughout the interview and offer process.
• Other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications 

• Attention to detail - you don’t miss a thing! 
• Must have prior experience in a related role
• A background in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or Customer Service is helpful
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to calmly tackle daily challenges
• Must have attention to detail and be highly organized with great follow-through 
• Knowledge of Google Suite (email, sheets etc.)
• Ability to use spreadsheets with ease
• Not afraid to learn new techniques and work in a constantly changing environment
• Must be ok with change - every day is different!

Education and Experience:

• At least 2 years in recruitment or HR related field
