In this role you will be responsible for assisting the recruitment team in various tasks related to the hiring process. You will collaborate closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process from start to finish.   

 

What you’ll do: 

  • Sourcing and Candidate Identification: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for open positions. 

  • Scheduling Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules between candidates, hiring managers, and interviewers. Ensure that all parties are informed of the interview details and any changes in schedule. 

  • Candidate Communication: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Respond to inquiries, provide updates on application statuses, and ensure candidates have a positive experience. 

  • Application Tracking: Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records. Maintain candidate databases and files, including resumes, applications, and other relevant documents. 

  • Pre-employment Assessments and Testing: Process candidate background checks and drug testing. Administer aptitude and personality tests/assessments. 

  • Onboarding Support: Assist in the onboarding process by collecting new hire paperwork, coordinating orientation schedules, and facilitating communication between HR, hiring managers, and new employees. 

  • Job Posting and Advertising: Post job openings on various job boards, career websites, and social media platforms. Monitor the effectiveness of job postings and recommend adjustments as needed. 

  • Data Reporting: Generate recruitment metrics and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate source effectiveness. Analyze data to identify trends and make recommendations for process improvements. 

  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process. Maintain accurate records and documentation to support compliance efforts. 

 

 

Qualifications  

What you have - Required Skills:  

  • Associates degree in Business Administration, or related field preferred. 

  • Familiarity with candidate sourcing techniques and tools such as Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms. 

  • Prior experience in recruitment coordination or administrative support role preferred. 

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. 

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. 

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) preferred.  

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping. 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. 

Salary range: $60K-$75K annually, bonus eligible 

***This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, blending the benefits of in-office collaboration with remote flexibility. You'll be required to work from our office in downtown Denver, CO, on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. To ensure a productive remote work experience, we provide a home office setup. Partial parking subsidy provided - $50 per pay period/biweekly.
