**Six month contract with the potential to extend or go permanent based upon performance**
Location: 3-days Hybrid (Local to NYC, Denver, or Charlotte)
Position Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for candidates and interviewers
- Maintain and update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy and attention to detail
- Support job postings, candidate communications, and feedback collection
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to improve and streamline hiring processes
- Assist with offer letter preparation, onboarding activities, and other recruitment-related administrative tasks
- Track recruiting data and maintain accurate hiring reports and documentation
- Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
- Help maintain internal documentation, process guides, and best practices for the Talent Acquisition team
Required Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment coordination
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment and supporting a distributed team
- Experience with ATS platforms (e.g. Greenhouse) is a plus
- Passion for people, culture and creating great experiences
