The Opportunity
As Recruiting Manager, G&A, you will report directly to the Head of Talent and play a critical role in scaling and operationalizing our global recruiting function. You’ll lead a high-impact recruiting pod based in El Salvador, owning hiring outcomes across key G&A functions while developing a high-performing team of recruiters. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution—responsible for delivery against hiring goals, quality of hire, and recruiter performance. It’s an opportunity to build, lead, and continuously improve a distributed recruiting team in a fast-growing environment.
What you’ll do
Lead and manage a pod of 4–6 recruiters based in El Salvador, providing coaching, performance management, and career development
Own hiring outcomes for assigned G&A functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, People, Operations), acting as the primary recruiting partner to senior hiring managers
Set quarterly goals and success metrics for the team (time-to-fill, pass-through rates, offer acceptance, quality of slate) and assess performance against them
Run regular 1:1s, team meetings, and quarterly performance reviews, providing clear feedback and development plans
Partner closely with hiring managers to scope roles, align on profiles, and drive structured, efficient hiring processes
Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all roles and stages
Identify process gaps and implement improvements across sourcing strategy, interview flow, and hiring manager SLAs
Monitor pipeline health and capacity planning, escalating risks early and reallocating resources as needed
Collaborate with the Head of Talent on workforce planning, hiring prioritization, and broader recruiting strategy
Who you are
5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2 years in a people-management role (preferred)
Experience leading and developing recruiting teams, including performance management and goal setting (preferred)
Demonstrated success hiring for G&A functions in fast-paced, high-growth environments (preferred)
Strong hiring manager partnership skills, with experience supporting senior or executive stakeholders (preferred)
Highly data-driven, comfortable using metrics to assess performance and diagnose issues (preferred)
Experience working with distributed or offshore teams, ideally in LATAM (preferred)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to give clear, actionable feedback
Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure where none exists
