Job Description:

A Director of Product Enablement is responsible for interfacing and partnering with cross-functional teams - such as engineering, sales, and marketing. This leader serves as the strategic lead between Product Management (PM), Product Experience and customer-facing teams (Sales, PMM, and Retention) beyond Product Marketing (which owns messaging and core enablement). This role ensures Product/Tech/Content/Partner output translates directly into the Revenue Org and drives a feedback loop to drive learnings and success.

What you’ll do:

  • Commercial Readiness and Feedback Loop: Own the "Internal GTM" process. While PMM focuses on market messaging and primary customer, you ensure Sales and Retention teams are functionally successful in their demonstration, sales, and support of new features. Systematize "Loss" and "Churn" signals into high-signal strategic briefs that influence the core product roadmap to enable this success..

  • Value Realization: Partner with Retention teams to build data-driven ROI frameworks that justify renewals for large enterprise clients.

  • Roadmap Enablement: Serve as the primary liaison for  Sales and CS to train and test the teams on Roadmap presentation. Enable and Support Sales to manage non-strategic feature requests by aligning field expectations with the 12-month vision. 

  • Solution Package: Act as the Product owner for ideation and development of new Solution Packages (industry, segment, addon (ex premium support). Lead the effort cross-functionally across product, content, technology, and work with Project for launch coordination and project management.

  • Pricing and Packaging Input:  This role sees the value gaps first and should inform the business on when to move a solution or feature into "Core" vs a"Paid Add-on or Package”Lead a team of designers delivering parts of our Learner and Leader experiences, working across a range of teams, projects, and capabilities

  • Co‑own business outcomes such as revenue growth, bookings, and customer satisfaction, aligning experience strategy to company financial and retention goals.

  • Define and deliver an AI‑enabled enablement process 

  • Partner cross‑functionally with Product/ Product Experience, Engineering, Content, and GTM teams to assist in the creation of the product vision and strategy

  • Champion cultural transformation to elevate accountability, urgency, and ownership across all experience disciplines.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Experience leading and creating GTM enablement processes with measurable business outcomes.

  • Strong business acumen with P&L literacy and contribution to portfolio-level investment decisions.

  • Track record of leading organization-wide culture and transformation initiatives.

  • Experience in facilitation and leading collaborative initiatives, such as workshops, team activities and events

Requirements:

  • Direct experience in product management or related experience shipping products to market in SaaS environment

  • Requires a minimum of 12 years of related or equivalent experience; or 8+ years and an advanced degree

  • This is a remote role; however, applicants located within 45 miles of our Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays. This approach enables more effective collaboration, quicker decision-making, and a stronger culture, while still providing flexibility.

The annual US base salary range for this role is $167,000 - $220,000 USD. Actual compensation will depend on location, skills, experience, and other factors. Additional benefits and bonuses may apply.
