Peregrine Team is hiring a Recruiting Coordinator to support our recruiting team. This position is a remote, full-time position offering competitive pay and full benefits.
About the Role
Remote | Must work in PST (Pacific Standard Time)
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support high-volume recruiting efforts. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping roles moving quickly by sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews across multiple recruiters and clients. This is a fast-paced, people-focused position ideal for someone with staffing agency experience who thrives in a deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruiting platforms
- Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to prospective candidates
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers
- Schedule phone, virtual, and onsite interviews while managing calendar logistics
- Maintain accurate candidate records and real-time status updates in the ATS
- Communicate interview details, confirmations, and follow-ups with candidates
- Support recruiters with administrative and coordination tasks throughout the hiring lifecycle
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear, timely communication
- Assist with job postings and pipeline management as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in staffing or recruiting (agency experience strongly preferred)
- Experience sourcing candidates and coordinating interviews in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple roles and shifting priorities
