Our client is looking for a Receptionist to support their business financing operations by managing incoming communications, assisting potential customers, and ensuring every caller receives a professional and efficient experience. They are a financial services company that helps businesses access funding solutions and have continued to expand their operations by building strong relationships with entrepreneurs and business owners.

This role is ideal for a proactive and highly communicative professional who enjoys interacting with people, organizing information, and being the first point of contact for customers. The ideal candidate will be comfortable handling conversations with a wide range of callers, from small business owners to executive-level professionals, while maintaining a helpful and solutions-oriented approach.

Responsibilities
  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls, ensuring potential customer opportunities are properly handled and routed.
  • Identify caller needs by asking a consistent set of qualification questions and accurately completing intake forms.
  • Connect prospects and customers with the appropriate team members whenever possible.
  • Schedule appointments directly on team members’ calendars when immediate transfers are not available.
  • Handle general reception responsibilities, including managing vendor and business-related calls.
  • Support administrative activities during lower call volumes, including following up on requested information by phone.
  • Maintain accurate records, tracking, and reporting related to call activity and administrative tasks.
  • Use internal systems to organize information and support smooth communication across the team.
  • Take initiative to identify improvements and suggest ways to make processes more efficient.


Requirements
  • Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence speaking with business owners and professionals.
  • Ability to manage multiple conversations, tasks, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable following structured processes while maintaining a personalized customer experience.
  • Strong attention to detail when collecting and entering customer information.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to complete tasks independently and look for additional ways to contribute.
  • Solid technical skills and comfort learning new software platforms.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in receptionist, customer service, administrative support, call center, appointment setting, or similar client-facing roles.
  • Experience handling inbound calls and gathering customer information.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office tools, especially Microsoft Teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms is preferred, particularly Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Ability to communicate professionally with both customers and internal teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
