Job Overview:

Primoris Renewable Energy is a fast-growing leading renewable energy company. Under direct supervision, the Receptionist provides tactical administrative support to Renewable Energy offices and personnel.

 

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

  • Greet visitors and maintain visitor logs

  • Maintain security by following procedures and issuing badges and visitor packages

  • Notify company personnel of visitor arrival

  • Book and approve meeting rooms and requests

  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories

  • Keep a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations

  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

  • Track and manage new hire equipment

  • Check and distribute mail; Create and ship USPS, UPS/FedEx shipments including FedEx freight

  • Maintain conference room calendars

  • Order food/catering when needed and support setup/cleanup

  • Maintain kitchen and office supplies; order and stock items; maintain front/reception area tidiness

  • All other duties as assigned

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience

  • High School diploma or specialized training and/ or certification

  • Previous experience with Microsoft Office software preferred

  • Works under moderate supervision

Pay Equity:

$23 - $26 per hour

Primoris Renewable Energy provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Primoris Renewable Energy reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
