About the Role

As the Receptionist, you will be the face of the Eyecare centre. You will welcome members, manage appointments and booking enquiries, handle incoming phone calls, and provide exceptional customer service to our members and staff. 

This role will be based in our Brookvale Eyecare centre, with possible relief at any of our eight HCF Eyecare centres around Sydney.

This is a full time,12 months max term contract. You will work an 11 day fortnight. You must be available to work every second Saturday from 9am to 3:30pm. 

Responsibilities
•    Providing courteous, prompt and correct responses to all enquiries received
•    Raising accounts and receipt payments
•    Complying with policies and procedures
•    Maintain a clean and safe environment. 

About You

To be successful, you will have
•    Proven experience in a customer facing receptionist role
•    Demonstrated understanding of computerised appointment booking systems
•    Strong communication skills to build rapport with Members.
•    Good time management and high attention to detail
•    Excellent listening skills and teamwork mentality.
