Your role at a glance
NTT Global Data Centers is seeking a Quality Standards Specialist to manage and continuously improve the Quality Standards Framework and Internal Audit Framework within our Integrated Management System (IMS). The role is responsible for maintaining IMS documentation, planning and conducting internal audits, while supporting audit readiness for external certification audits, and alignment with evolving certification and applicable regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate brings 7–12 years of relevant experience in internal auditing, strong documentation and stakeholder management skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset.What we are looking for
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of the Quality Standards Framework, including audit processes, methodologies, documentation, and supporting tools.
- Maintain and continuously improve the Internal Audit Framework, ensuring alignment with applicable certification standards and regulatory requirements within the IMS.
- Plan, conduct, report on, and follow up on internal audits to verify compliance with internal policies, certification standards, and applicable regulations.
- Develop and maintain IMS documentation, including the IMS Policy, Stakeholder Analysis, SWOT Analysis, Management Review Report, and other related documents.
- Monitor changes to certification standards, assess their impact, and implement the necessary updates to the Quality Standards Framework and IMS Internal Audit Framework.
- In exceptional cases, support external certification audits (e.g., PCI DSS) by coordinating evidence collection and working with internal stakeholders and external auditors throughout the audit process.
- Collaborate with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and operational teams to ensure the Quality Standards Framework and IMS Internal Audit Framework remain up to date and are consistently applied.
- Contribute to management reporting by providing insights into internal audit status and Quality Standards initiatives.
- Support the delivery of GRC initiatives and projects while promoting a collaborative, innovative, and quality-focused culture.

Working Model
- Remote-first working model with scheduled on-site visits as required for internal audits and, where needed, to support external audit activities.
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS & CERTIFICATIONS
- Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor/Master/Diploma) or comparable professional experience.
- Strong knowledge of ISO management system standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001) and their practical application.
- Professional auditing qualifications (e.g., Lead Auditor, Internal Auditor).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Several years of professional experience in Internal Auditing, Quality Management, or other comparable Governance function.
- Proven experience in planning and executing internal audits.
- Good understanding of risk management principles.
- Familiarity with Integrated Management Systems (IMS).
- Experience in document management, including developing policies, processes, and other controlled documentation.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Ability and willingness to travel internationally for audits.
- Perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection.
Compensation Pay Range
For roles residing in the US, we share pay and benefit levels to support pay transparency requirements. For other countries, we are more than happy to share our competitive pay and benefit levels during the interview process.
This is a remote position that requires reliable internet connection and electricity. A monthly stipend is provided to cover expenses associated with working remotely and use of a personal mobile device, if applicable.

All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
