Lead and scale a global Build To Suit (BTS) programs organization, managing the full program lifecycle from opportunity qualification through contract execution, design coordination, delivery and operational readiness. Establish governance, KPIs and executive reporting, drive cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Development, Construction, Finance and Operations, manage customer relationships with hyperscale clients, mitigate program risks, and ensure programs meet financial and strategic objectives.

Designs and maintains network automation, Infrastructure as Code, configuration management, orchestration, and compliance solutions across enterprise and data center environments. Lead mechanical engineering for data center global design standards: translate owner requirements into reference designs, review project designs, mentor engineers, optimize mechanical systems (HVAC, chillers, pumps), perform engineering calculations and commissioning processes, engage vendors, and support cross-functional stakeholders to drive efficiency, innovation, and deployment at scale.

Lead regional OFCI capital equipment procurement for data center construction: plan sourcing, forecasts, negotiations, logistics, supplier management, KPI tracking, risk mitigation, and stakeholder alignment to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and continuous improvement.

Lead implementation and daily execution of the OFCI equipment program for regional data center construction. Manage procurement of critical mechanical, electrical, and power systems to ensure quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Partner with project teams to align supply chain strategy with build schedules, cost, design, and capacity targets. Requires understanding of construction project delivery and capital supply chain in mission-critical environments.
