Leads the design, integration, implementation, commissioning, and lifecycle improvement of enterprise OT, telemetry, and SCADA solutions across global data centers. Translates operational and customer requirements into secure, scalable architectures; integrates field devices, BMS/EPMS, Ignition, Azure services, messaging, APIs, and data platforms; troubleshoots multidisciplinary issues; leads testing and modernization; and mentors engineers and stakeholders.

Leads complex cross-functional strategy and transformation initiatives from problem framing through recommendation, mobilization, execution, and value realization. Designs operating models, evaluates commercial and technology opportunities, develops executive recommendations, aligns senior stakeholders, and supports measurable organizational change. The role also improves strategy realization methods, develops reusable capabilities, and experiments with AI-enabled ways of working.

Drives business transformation by identifying technology-enabled opportunities, redesigning processes and operating models, prototyping AI and digital solutions, developing value cases, and moving successful initiatives from experimentation to adoption and scale. The role partners with senior stakeholders and technical, security, legal, and finance teams while establishing governance, prioritization, change, and reusable transformation methodologies.
