How will you make an impact?

As a Quality Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting and enhancing our Quality Management System (QMS) through data analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. This position is responsible for analyzing quality data, generating metrics and presentations, conducting impact assessments, tracking corrective actions, and supporting quality system administration. Your work will help drive operational excellence, data integrity, and continuous improvement across the organization.

What will you do?

Responsibilities:

 

Quality Systems & Data Analytics

  • Support the Quality Management System (QMS) through data analysis, reporting, and system administration activities.
  • Prepare and analyze reports to identify trends, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
  • Coordinate data collection activities and ensure the integrity, accuracy, and completeness of quality data.
  • Perform data entry and maintain quality system databases in accordance with established procedures.
  • Monitor quality data systems to identify operational, reporting, or data-entry discrepancies and assist with corrective actions.

Reporting & Presentations

  • Develop monthly Quality Management Review presentations and present findings and key metrics to leadership.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate quality performance and business insights effectively.

Quality Event Support

  • Conduct impact assessments and data review activities related to quality events, investigations, and corrective actions.
  • Support quality records management and documentation activities in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

Task Coordination & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support quality initiatives and departmental objectives.
  • Track open tasks and action items, follow up with assigned team members, and ensure timely completion.
  • Provide status updates and reporting on task progress and outstanding actions.

Compliance & Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute to departmental goals and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all company safety, health, security, and quality policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Understanding of basic statistical methods and their application in data analysis.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and draw conclusions from data.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and present information to managers, directors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Advanced computer skills and experience working with Windows-based systems.
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools; familiarity with Minitab is a plus.
  • Ability to create clear written communications, including reports and business correspondence.
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic mathematical skills, including calculations involving percentages, ratios, and graph interpretation.

Education & Experience

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 0–2 years of experience in Data Analytics, Quality Systems, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, or a related environment.
  • Experience working with quality systems, reporting, or regulated industries is a plus.

The pay range for this role is $58,800 - $94,100. Job-related, non-discriminatory factors used to determine the actual offered rate include qualifications and experience, geographic location, education, external market data, and consideration of internal equity. The anticipated close date of this job requisition is: July 24, 2026.
