Sets up, operates, adjusts, and maintains automated front-end manufacturing equipment used to produce circuit boards and assemblies. Responsibilities include loading feeders and components, monitoring soldering quality, managing flux and solder materials, cleaning and calibrating equipment, entering production data into MES, performing basic program debugging and troubleshooting, conducting quality audits, and supporting preventative maintenance while maintaining an organized work area.

Lead and manage the quality team to ensure compliance with AS9100/ISO9000 and customer requirements. Recruit, train, schedule, and develop QC personnel; analyze quality metrics (DPM/OMI), run reports, drive continuous improvement, support audits, and ensure inspection effectiveness to meet production and regulatory standards.
