This is where you come in
When you join Cubby, you’re joining a team of passionate, talented individuals on a mission to change the lives of thousands of special needs families. As we continue to grow at lightning speed, we are seeking a detail-oriented and systems-minded quality professional who takes pride in helping build and maintain the operational foundation that allows our mission to scale responsibly.
In this role, you will play a critical supporting part in keeping our Quality Management System strong and audit-ready. As a culture add, you approach your work with care, accountability, and a desire to support others. You believe excellence lives in the details, and you take pride in building systems that quietly but powerfully uphold one of Cubby’s core values - Operate With Excellence.
Here’s what you’ll be doing
Keep the Quality Management System audit-ready by maintaining accurate, current training records, controlled documents, and quality records.
Maintain 100% training compliance by ensuring required training is assigned, completed, and tracked on time across the organization.
Ensure employees complete required training on schedule through clear assignments, tracking, and follow-up.
Meet change order turnaround time targets by reviewing, coordinating, and closing document updates within defined timelines
Complete quality documentation accurately and on time, including CAPAs, nonconformances, batch record reviews, design documentation, and validation records.
Support supplier quality activities by tracking issues, reviewing documentation, and helping drive resolution.
Provide practical quality support to internal teams to help them meet requirements without adding unnecessary complexity.
Here’s what we’re looking for
Bachelor's in Science, Engineering or a related field, or 1-3 years of additional experience in a regulated industry (see below)
Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, pharma, food, aerospace), demonstrating familiarity with compliance requirements, quality systems, and documentation standards.
1–3 years of experience in quality assurance, including training, document control, CAPA, nonconformance, or validation activities.
Experience with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA QSR 21 CFR Part 820) and associated tools or software (Ex. Mastercontrol, ZenQMS, Qualio, ComplianceQuest, Greenlight Guru)
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective written and verbal communication skills to clearly document quality activities and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Strong experience with word processing (Word, Google Docs) and spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets) software
We hope you also have
Demonstrated ability to design and deliver engaging, creative training that translates complex regulatory requirements into clear, practical, and memorable learning experiences (e.g., scenario-based modules, interactive sessions, multimedia content).
