Compensation Range: $65,000 – $68,000 per annum

Broadway Ventures, LLC is a certified small business government contractor providing healthcare administration and IT services to federal agencies, including CMS, the VA, and DoD.

Position Summary

We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to support quality coordination activities across our Medicare review portfolio. Working under the direction of the QA Manager, this role serves as the point of contact for inter-rater reliability (IRR) activities and ensures reviewer performance consistently reflects Medicare requirements and client procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support day-to-day quality coordination activities under the review and approval of the QA Manager, including case assignment support and complex/escalated case review
  • Serve as the point of contact for inter-rater reliability (IRR) activities, ensuring all assigned review personnel actively participate in client-led IRR events, including quarterly sessions and any additional client-scheduled sessions
  • Cooperate fully with client QA reviews, focused reviews, calibration sessions, corrective action activities, and retraining requirements, providing reviewer availability and supporting documentation as needed
  • Implement client-approved corrective actions at the individual reviewer level, consistent with Broadway's internal corrective action process
  • Monitor subsequent reviewer performance to confirm consistent application of Medicare requirements and client procedures
  • Track IRR participation and corrective action completion as part of Broadway's internal QA Program, with trends reviewed and approved by the QA Manager prior to reporting
Minimum Qualifications
  • Active, unrestricted RN license (single-state or compact multistate)
  • ADN or accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
  • Minimum 3 years of home health, quality assurance (QA), or utilization review (UR) experience
  • Strong documentation and coordination skills, with the ability to support case review, IRR, and quality activities under strict deadlines
  • Must reside and work from within the U.S., D.C., or a U.S. territory
  • Private, secure home workspace meeting CMS security requirements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience serving as an inter-rater reliability (IRR) point of contact or supporting IRR/calibration sessions
  • Prior MAC, RCD, or CMS program integrity experience across multiple jurisdictions (e.g., Jurisdiction J/M)
  • Home health experience, including OASIS and Medicare Conditions of Participation

The pay range shown is a good-faith estimate of the compensation Broadway Ventures reasonably expects to pay for this position at the time of posting. Actual pay offered depends on job-related factors, which may include skills, experience, education, certifications and licensure, geographic work location, contract funding and budget. For positions covered by the Service Contract Act, pay is also governed by the applicable Department of Labor wage determination, which the government may revise.

Where that is the case, the position and its final compensation are contingent upon award of the contract to Broadway Ventures and on the terms of the awarded contract, including any government-approved labor rates and the applicable wage determination.
