WHO WE NEED:
We're currently looking for our newest QA Analyst to join our high-performing Development team and provide our customers with quality service.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • You will be testing new features and fixes on your assigned HCSS product
  • Evaluate and prioritize software issues
  • Help identify and implement process improvements
  • Contribute to the release process, ensuring high quality code is delivered to customers
  • Work with other development teams to test key integration points
  • Identify potential risks and suggest ways to mitigate
  • Pair testing, requirements gathering, learning new products and technologies
  • Work closely with Software Developers, Product Managers, and Support Technicians


Here's what you can expect:

  • During your introductory period, you will receive a structured training course and evaluation through our QA Academy and learn how HCSS tests our software and ensures quality throughout the development life cycle.
  • Once you complete the training, you will join one of our product development teams (team size ranges from 4-8 people).
