EDUCATION/WORK EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of buying/purchasing Manager experience
- University or Business Degree and/or Community College graduate or equivalency in education and experience would be considered a strong asset
- Supervisory or Managerial experience (2-5 years) would be considered a strong asset
- Previous experience purchasing in a manufacturing environment
- C.P.P. (Certified Professional Purchaser) designation is an asset
- Automotive experience is required
- Excel, Word and computer working knowledge required
- Inventory management, financial and sales & marketing understanding an asset
