Group Summary:
The Mechatronics, Mirrors and Lighting group specializes in automotive technologies that are driving the future of mobility. Combining a deep systems knowledge to develop unique vehicle access experiences, intelligent visions systems and advanced automotive lighting technologies, MML's expertise light the path to innovation, safety and styling.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Work in compliance with and support company policies, procedures, work instructions and programs relating to health/safety and environment
  • Provide support and resources in a timely manner to address health and safety or environmental concerns or hazards that require corrective action
  • Have clear goals communicated to for health/safety and environmental protection
  • Review accident/incident investigation reports to ensure that corrective actions have been completed
  • Conduct regular audits of work area(s) to ensure no safety hazards or environmental issues exist
  • Administer appropriate corrective action for substandard health and safety or environmental performance
  • Inform appropriate individuals of any changes or modifications made to a particular job or process
  • Participate in the facility's health and safety committee as required
  • Actively participate in or support respective associates in any required health/safety or environmental trainings or meetings which have been scheduled
  • Lead by example in supporting health/safety and environmental policies, procedures and programs
  • Provide and communicate to supervisors and cell leads clear goals for health/safety and environment
