How you will make an impact

  • Support execution of LTK’s PR strategy across corporate, consumer, creator, brand, product, and thought leadership initiatives.
  • Assist with media relations, including building and maintaining targeted media lists, researching reporters, drafting pitches, tracking outreach, and identifying timely media opportunities.

  • Monitor media coverage, social conversation, industry news, competitor activity, and relevant trends across creator marketing, social commerce, retail, consumer behavior, AI, and technology.
  • Track, organize, and report on press coverage, PR performance, share of voice, sentiment, message pull-through, and campaign impact.
  • Support awards and speaking programs by identifying opportunities, managing submission calendars, gathering materials, drafting submissions, tracking deadlines, and helping coordinate executive participation.
  • Partner with the social team to ensure company news, product launches, partnerships, creator stories, and press moments are translated into external content opportunities across owned channels.
  • Help identify ways to turn PR moments into social-first content.
  • Support creator, brand, and partner storytelling by helping source proof points, examples, quotes, visuals, and narratives that strengthen LTK’s external communications.
  • Maintain PR trackers, media lists, editorial calendars, awards calendars, speaking calendars, launch documents, and internal planning materials.

  • Stay close to cultural trends, creator economy conversations, social platform shifts, media coverage, and industry narratives that may create opportunities for LTK.

What you will bring to LTK

  • 2–4 years of experience in public relations, communications, media relations, social media, content, or a related field. Agency or fast-paced in-house experience is a plus.
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to draft clear, compelling, and well-organized communications materials.
  • Experience supporting media relations, including media list building, reporter research, pitching, coverage tracking, and press reporting.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines, trackers, submissions, and priorities at once.
  • A strong understanding of how PR, social media, content, and brand storytelling work together to build awareness and reputation.
  • Experience or interest in awards, speaking opportunities, executive visibility, and thought leadership programs.
  • Comfort using AI tools to work faster, automate tasks, organize information, support research, and improve communications workflows.
  • Ability to spot relevant trends, media hooks, cultural moments, and storytelling opportunities.
  • High attention to detail and strong follow-through.
  • A proactive, curious, no-task-too-small mindset with a desire to learn, grow, and take on more responsibility over time.
  • Interest in creator marketing, social commerce, retail, consumer technology, fashion, beauty, lifestyle, AI, and the future of shopping.
  • Experience creating content for social platforms, especially LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, or corporate social channels preferred.
