Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Protocol Strategy & Insights Lead to help turn onchain data into strategic insights that power product growth, user retention, and investor engagement. In this role, you’ll own dashboards and analysis across our Stake, Liquid, and Cash products—bringing data to life for internal teams and external stakeholders alike.

You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and growth to inform decision-making, shape incentive programs, and surface actionable trends. If you’re passionate about DeFi, fluent in data, and excited to play a key role in the protocol’s evolution, this is the role for you.

What you will do:

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track TVL, user funnels, vault performance, protocol cash flows, and other key metrics

  • Analyze onchain data to generate insights that guide product direction, user incentives, and growth strategies

  • Benchmark ether.fi performance against competitors and evolving market trends

  • Collaborate with engineering and design to improve how analytics are surfaced across internal tools and user-facing interfaces

  • Contribute to go-to-market planning for new product launches and vault offerings

  • Partner with marketing, BD, and product to track and improve user retention and protocol revenue

  • Prepare protocol-level analysis for quarterly investor calls and ecosystem updates

  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for both internal and external audiences

What we are looking for:

  • 4+ years experience in data analysis, data science, or analytics engineering—ideally in crypto, fintech, or financial markets

  • Strong command of SQL, Dune Analytics, and data visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, Amplitude, and similar

  • Experience with onchain data, smart contract analytics, and blockchain query languages (The Graph, Flipside, Dune, etc.)

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments—able to take ownership and drive clarity from data

  • Excellent communication skills, especially when translating data into decisions

  • Passion for crypto, DeFi, and open financial systems (hands-on experience in the space is a major plus)

  • Bonus: experience supporting investor relations or analyst briefings in a data or strategy capacity

Perks & Benefits:

  • Competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and token allocation grant

  • Opportunity to work with a Top 4 Ethereum protocol, by TVL

  • Opportunities for professional development and growth within the organization

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance plans

  • Collaborative and inclusive work culture

  • Exposure to cutting-edge technologies in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space

  • Global team with opportunity for travel and working out of our 3 offices around the world

  • 4 weeks work from anywhere

  • Exciting company events and team-building off-sites
