As part of the proposal team, the Proposal Coordinator role requires a combination of project management, writing/editing, strategy, and attention to detail. This role plays a key part in a larger, collaborative Sales Department. The Proposal Coordinator must be dependable, enjoy working with teams and sharing ideas, and also be independent and self-motivated.
Essential Tasks
- Interpreting, editing, and integrating contributors’ feedback into the proposal submission
- Communication of project progress to the internal proposal review team
- Coordination of deadlines with multiple teams (Sales, Technical, Services, Legal)
- Ongoing maintenance of library of boiler plate information, technical content, and supporting graphics
- Maintaining brand integrity and quality control
- Coordinate final document review, assembly, quality check, and production – including printing, binding, packaging, and shipping – ensuring compliance with proposal specifications including electronic submission requirements
Preferred Skills and Experience
- 1+ years relevant experience
- Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
The pay range for this position is $42,000-$53,000/year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, geographic location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus in addition to a full range of benefits.
