Position SummaryThe Promotions Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing daily promotions to enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and boost sales. This role involves collaborating with various teams, updating the content management system (CMS), scheduling promotional banners, building landing pages, writing rules and using data analysis to optimize performance. The ideal candidate is proficient in Excel, content management, is highly organized, and has a creative mindset for developing promotional strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
Plan and Execute Daily Promotions:
- Develop, Configure and implement daily promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure promotions align with business goals and brand standards.
- Monitor the effectiveness of promotions and adjust strategies as needed.
- Oversee the promotional budget and stay within guidelines
CMS Management:
- Update, configure and maintain promotional content on the website using a CMS (Content Management System).
- Ensure that promotional materials are accurately displayed, current, and optimized for customer engagement.
Banner Scheduling:
- Coordinate the scheduling of banners and promotional assets across digital platforms.
- Work with design teams to ensure banners are visually compelling and aligned with marketing campaigns.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Use Excel to track, analyse, and report on the performance of promotions, including sales impact, traffic, and conversion rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data and player segmentation to optimize future promotions.
Collaboration & Coordination:
- Liaise with the account management, player support, and product teams to ensure promotions are integrated seamlessly across the customer journey.
- Work with external vendors or partners for cross-promotional opportunities.
Budget & Timeline Management:
- Assist in managing the promotions budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and within budget.
- Ensure all promotional campaigns are delivered on time and meet pre-set deadlines.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify promotional trends and competitive activity.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelors degree in related field.

Years of experience 3-5 years+
What We're Looking For
3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Lottery, Casino, Sportsbetting, retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
Proficiency in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and basic formulas.
Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Magento) and scheduling tools.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Creative thinker with a problem-solving mindset.
