Job DescriptionAs a Promotions and Commercial Risk Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering effective risk assessments to protect the Business from commercial threats surrounding promotional activity in our US market.
The role involves analyzing player accounts for evidence of fraudulent or syndicated activity. You will evaluate customer data, includingaccount registration, account verification, player login activity, payment methods and betting activity to establish risk profiles.
We are looking for inquisitive and logical thinkers that can leverage their knowledge and experience, helping to analyze and build risk mitigation measures to limit product vulnerabilities.
This role requires flexibility to support Business levels throughout the busy sporting calendar, including evenings, weekends, and federal holidays.
The salary for this position is between $50,000 – $60,000 annually. Position is also eligible for participation in a performance-based bonus plan.

- Reviewing alerts in line with internal risk controls.
- Evaluating customer profiles to identify risk behaviours using all available datapoints.
- Identifying trends and patterns to identify new and emerging threats.
- Maintaining awareness of our products and offers to understand and recognise commercial vulnerabilities.
- Completing manual adjustments and all associated account administration in line with business processes.
- Providing 2nd line support for internal departments
