What You'll Do
The Project Manager will lead cross-functional initiatives in support of our e-learning delivery platforms. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of projects related to product development, implementation, and content delivery.
What You'll Need (Requirements)Minimum Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience managing projects in a digital learning, Edtech, or SaaS environment.
• Proven experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or e-learning delivery platforms (e.g., Docebo, Moodle, Canvas, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid approaches).
• Experience working with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, and content.
Preferred Qualifications
• PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certification.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and content development workflows.
• Project Management & Execution
• Lead and manage multiple concurrent projects from initiation through completion, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Track progress and adjust project scopes, schedules, and costs as needed.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Stakeholder Collaboration
• Partner with product, platform, content, and customer-facing teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure transparency, accountability, and timely decision-making.
• Gather and clarify requirements with stakeholders to define project scopes and success criteria.
• Process & Documentation
• Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of project plans, timelines, deliverables, and retrospectives.
• Establish and improve project management processes, templates, and best practices.
• Report regularly on project status, risks, and outcomes to the stakeholders.
• E-Learning Platform Oversight
• Ensure projects are executed in alignment with the capabilities and constraints of our product platforms.
• Support implementation and rollout of new features, integrations, and learning content within the platform.
• Coordinate testing, user feedback, and go-live readiness for all platform-related initiatives.
