The Project Manager will oversee the work of the team, including schedule management, conducting quality control for content, and monitoring progress and workloads. They will serve as a point of contact for the client and provide feedback for improvement and scope adjustments as needed.
Responsibilities
- Delegate appropriate responsibilities as needed to the Assistant Project Managers
- Manage dedicated ongoing tasks as assigned by the Director, Program Management and handle special projects as needed
- Attend regular meetings with managers, team and clients
- Serve as a strategic partner to client business leads, translating operational insights into actionable narratives that drive efficiency and growth
- Lead teams in fast-paced, reactive environments, balancing multiple workflows while responding effectively to both internal and client inquiries. Beyond triaging immediate concerns, analyze operational data to uncover systemic inefficiencies and propose strategic solutions that strengthen delivery and build trust.
- Partner with people managers to direct work, manage team time, and monitor and assess team performance.
- Ensure that all SLAs regarding communication and performance are met.
- Organize, track and oversee quality control audits of music content
- Prepare reports as needed, translating operational data into a compelling story that presents findings clearly and identifies opportunities to improve efficiency and workflows.
- File bug reports where needed, and provide feedback for project enhancements and issue resolution
- Encourage teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team
- Identify, evaluate, and strategically surface potential new business or expansion opportunities with existing clients as they arise.
Required Experience
- 3 years of experience in project or people management
- Experience with music streaming platforms
- Experience with reviewing large data sets and presenting organized findings
- Proficiency with Excel and Google Sheets formulas
- Experience in a client-facing role
- Experience in Project Management tools such as Monday.com, Wrike. etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in data analysis
- Tech industry awareness
- Account management experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm PST
Starting Salary Range: USD 70,000 - 85,000/year

Holiday work requirements: Due to the nature of our client’s work, you may be required to work occasional holidays as scheduled by your manager. In these instances, we will provide compensatory pay or a floating holiday depending on your country’s requirements.
