The Opportunity
Eon seeks a strategic Technical Project Manager - Implementation to lead successful product deployments with clients. You will manage multiple implementations, ensuring expectations are met and services are optimized. Responsibilities include coordinating resources, tracking progress, mitigating risks, and overseeing IT infrastructure, training, and support.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate implementations to ensure timely delivery and resource alignment
- Manage project scope, schedules, costs, and risks while maintaining documentation
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external communication
- Remove roadblocks and escalate as needed for project success
Qualifications
- 6 years of experience managing complex IT projects for external healthcare clients
- PMP Certified
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with a client-first approach
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Technical implementation experience in Healthcare industry
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, Jira, and Microsoft or Google Suites
