Accountabilities:
- Responsible for the start-to-finish delivery of projects
- Responsible for delivery of projects of a high quality, within budget and according to agreed schedule and users requirements
- Actively plan and manage project scope, schedules and resources on the project
- Monitor resource utilization to facilitate planning & scheduling of resources
- Lead diverse teams of stakeholders (internal and external)
- Identify, assess and manage the risks of the project and take appropriate mitigation actions
- Manage project scope creep and mitigate it when it occurs, manage changes in users requirements according to Change Control processes, schedule slippage, technical problems and shortages of resources
- Ensures timely submission of reports for projects
- Work closely with clients to ensure timely closure of contractual milestone for billing
