Project Manager


  • Manages and directs efforts of cross-competency teams, to include contractors across multiple sections.
  • Serves as the interface and point of contact with Government leads and representatives on technical and project issues.
  • Accounts for and reports manpower status for their team/site.
  • Prepares reports and briefs leadership on project status and milestones as requested.
  • Implements procedures; plans and directs execution of technical, multi-disciplinary engineering, programming, maintenance, and administrative support efforts; and monitors and reports progress at established cadences. Gathers and validates project requirements.
  • Creates project plans, WBS, schedules, and performs resource management. Creates and maintains project schedules and project documentation. Manages and monitors project activities throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Provides proactive risk management and project reporting including briefing leadership as required.

  • Required Experience – 5+ years of related experience
  • Security Clearance Level - Active Secret Clearance
  • Location – Remote
  • Travel: Approximately 10%

The likely salary range for this position is $111,155 - $150,385. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

GDIT typically provides new employees with 15 days of paid leave per calendar year to be used for vacations, personal business, and illness and an additional 10 paid holidays per year. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee’s date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
