Administer and maintain enterprise user profile management systems across physical, VDI, and cloud endpoints. Monitor performance, troubleshoot profile corruption/sync/authentication issues, perform migrations, apply patches and hardening, collaborate with endpoint, storage, and cybersecurity teams, and maintain documentation and SOPs to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable user profile delivery.

Manage and optimize enterprise SQL Server clustered and standalone databases for availability, performance, security, and disaster recovery. Perform migrations, backups, replication, monitoring, access control, patching, and troubleshooting across infrastructure and application layers. Produce documentation, compliance artifacts, and recommendations to support accreditation and DBaaS lifecycle management.

Provide active monitoring and response for unauthorized wireless signals using Bastille WIDS and handheld tools; perform real-time alert analysis, threat classification, incident assessment and reporting per ICD 503 and TSSC SOPs; conduct direction-finding, recommend mitigations, research devices for the Authorized Equipment List, coordinate with government security personnel, and produce follow-on documentation.

Administer and secure DoD Special Access Programs (Collateral, SCI, SAP) information systems. Maintain servers, firewalls, VTC and network appliances; perform account management, patching, troubleshooting, authorization package preparation, vulnerability remediation, COMSEC management, and help desk support. Work follows RMF/Common Criteria and PL2 requirements and requires TS/SCI clearance.

Provide day-to-day support for Collateral, SCI, and SAP environments: maintain servers, firewalls, network access, security monitoring, patching, VTC administration, account management, help desk, COMSEC and media control, prepare and review authorization packages, identify vulnerabilities, and support assessments and authorizations in accordance with security policies.

Provide day-shift help desk support: troubleshoot network, desktop, hardware, software and telecommunications issues; resolve tickets and calls; diagnose problems using historical records; escalate to specialists; maintain tracking databases and report recurring issues.
