Operate and maintain SharePoint environments across a global enterprise: design, deploy, and support farms, service applications, databases, workflows, search, integrations, migrations, upgrades, and secure configurations while collaborating with engineering, cyber, and operations teams.

Lead global enterprise IT operations for a large Intelligence Community infrastructure. Ensure 24/7 availability, incident response, operational governance, ITIL-based processes, metrics and reporting, drive continuous improvement, coordinate CONUS/OCONUS sites, and manage distributed Tier 2/3 teams supporting servers, storage, networking, virtualization, PKI, patching, monitoring, and data center operations.

Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual products that translate complex operational and cybersecurity data into clear insights. Collect requirements, create mockups, automate analytics, and produce metrics for patching, vulnerability, and compliance to support executive and operational decision-making.

Analyze, integrate, clean, and model operational and technical data to produce dashboards, reports, and forecasts. Identify trends, lifecycle/status, risks, and noncompliant assets; support automation, data quality improvements, and decision-making across engineering and operations teams.

Administer and maintain enterprise user profile management systems across physical, VDI, and cloud endpoints. Monitor performance, troubleshoot profile corruption/sync/authentication issues, perform migrations, apply patches and hardening, collaborate with endpoint, storage, and cybersecurity teams, and maintain documentation and SOPs to ensure secure, compliant, and reliable user profile delivery.

Operate, maintain, and secure enterprise storage platforms (SAN, NAS, object, backup/replication) across multi-network and cloud-connected environments. Monitor performance, manage provisioning and access controls, support backup/DR, apply patches/firmware, remediate vulnerabilities, troubleshoot integrations, and coordinate with engineering and cybersecurity teams to ensure high availability and compliance.

Provide evidence-based cognitive and mental performance training to individual and group agency personnel, focusing on adaptive thinking, emotional control, performance improvement, documentation, research support, and development of practice guidelines.

Provide enterprise endpoint provisioning, deployment, patching, compliance, and sustainment support. Administer endpoint management platforms (MECM/Intune), perform OS imaging and application packaging, enforce secure configurations and encryption, manage patch and vulnerability remediation, monitor endpoint health, and provide Tier 2/3 troubleshooting and documentation while collaborating with engineering and cybersecurity teams.

Perform advanced technical surveillance countermeasures engineering: design, test, inspect, and maintain TSCM equipment and SCIFs; conduct site surveys and compliance checks to ICS 705/NSSAM 1-13; prepare technical reports, threat assessments, and test documentation; lead technical tasks, support R&D, and travel 25–50% to customer sites. Must hold TS/SCI with polygraph and possess extensive countermeasures experience.

Designs, engineers, and implements secure enterprise mobile device solutions (phones, tablets, laptops). Ensures mobile platform compliance and accreditation, integrates authentication and monitoring, supports RMF/IATT/ATO activities, troubleshoots advanced mobile security and connectivity issues, deploys patches and responds to vulnerabilities, and evaluates emerging mobile technologies for DoD/IC environments.

Provide day-to-day cybersecurity and systems support within Collateral/SCI/SAP environments: maintain servers, firewalls, network appliances, patching, VTC administration, account management, authorization package preparation and review, vulnerability identification and countermeasures, COMSEC and media control, and assist with system assessments and authorizations.

Maintain and control enterprise IT infrastructure baselines and configuration items, manage version-controlled documentation repositories, track configuration changes, support change management and knowledge management to ensure consistent, auditable configuration across DoD/IC environments.

Administer, secure, and sustain enterprise virtual server environments (VMware, Hyper-V). Manage vCenter, hypervisors, VM lifecycle, templates, patching, STIG compliance, ATO documentation, performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and provisioning workflows to ensure stability and secure operations across multiple networks/enclaves.
