Project Manager -Remote

The Project Manager for Virtual Care and Digital Health (VCDH) is accountable for managing projects which primarily include the implementation and launch of enterprise, regional, and collaborative virtual care services in internal and external Providence customer sites, as well as internal projects for the VCDH team. This individual leads all aspects of the project lifecycle, partnering closely with sponsors/leaders at each customer site and VCDH colleagues critical to successful implementations (such as Service Line leaders, clinical operations, Application Analysts, Licensing and Credentialing, Account Management, Nursing leadership, and other operational functions related to VCDH services). The project manager is skilled at working with, navigating, and communicating with multi-disciplinary stakeholders within different business units, functional area, and matrixes; the project manager is highly accountable and successfully leads teams to achieve project goals within the project timelines.

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Coursework/Training: Training in project management, change management and process improvement methodologies (e.g. PMP/PMI, Agile, CAP, Workout, Six Sigma, LEAN, CQIA, etc.).
  • 3 years of Managing projects and/or programs.
  • 2 years of Demonstrated track record of implementing projects with high levels of customer satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail.
  • 2 years of Presentation and facilitation experience to executive audiences.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) upon hire
  • 2 years of Healthcare industry experience
  • 1 year of Telehealth experience
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office Suite applications

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
