Lead Complex Projects. Build What Matters. Grow Your Career.

Lead complex mechanical and plumbing construction projects from kickoff to closeout with one of Colorado's top contractors.

At RK Industries, you'll own project planning, budgets, schedules, subcontractor coordination, and client relationships while working alongside an experienced team on large-scale commercial and industrial projects.

What You'll Do

  • Manage project administration, documentation, contracts, permits, submittals, and closeout requirements to protect RK and client interests
  • Own project budgets, schedules, buyout plans, procurement coordination, billing schedules, and monthly contract valuations
  • Negotiate and process subcontract agreements, change conditions, change orders, payments, progress billings, and retention receivables
  • Ensure projects are properly staffed and monitor labor resource loading, productivity, tools, and rental equipment usage

  • High degree of creativity, foresight, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented complexities
  • Ability to determine program objectives and requirements, organize programs and projects, and develop standards and guidelines for diverse activities
  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management preferred.
