The Role:

As Project Management Specialist you will provide project management expertise that ensures projects are planned, executed, and delivered in alignment with organizational standards, timelines, and budgets. You will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to analyze project data, proactively manage risks, and drive continuous improvement across project management practices. This role offers strong visibility, opportunities for influence, and the ability to mentor others while supporting high‑impact business initiatives.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and milestones to ensure on‑time and on‑budget delivery.

  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and success metrics.

  • Monitor project performance using data analysis and reporting to identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.

  • Proactively manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests while ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Communicate project status, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership through meetings and written reports.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by mentoring project team members and strengthening project management processes.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience providing exposure to core business and project management principles.

  • Minimum of 5 years of project management or related experience.

  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello).

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience conducting data analysis to support project decision‑making and performance tracking.

  • Knowledge of market research or competitive analysis techniques.

  • Demonstrated experience mentoring or coaching project team members.

  • Familiarity with change management methodologies and quality assurance practices.
