About the RoleThe Project Manager I is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring that all project objectives and deliverables are met on time and within budget. This role involves managing project activities, coordinating resources, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation. The position requires advanced project coordination and administrative skills, a solid understanding of project management methodologies and processes, and the ability to integrate internal efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.In this role, you will develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk registers, schedules, and budgets while coordinating project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure successful execution. You will liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives, ensuring that stakeholder needs are met as the project evolves. By monitoring and tracking project progress, you will handle any issues that arise and act as the primary point of contact, effectively communicating project status to all stakeholders. Collaborating with team members, you will work to eliminate blockers and ensure project milestones are achieved. Utilizing advanced project management tools, you will monitor working hours, plans, and expenditures, as well as create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. Additionally, you will ensure that standards and requirements are met by conducting quality assurance tests and leading cross-functional teams to achieve project goals efficiently and effectively.About You

Minimum Qualifications:- Requires Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree or Masters +3 yrs experience).
- Typically 5+ years of related experience.
- Prior experience with increasing responsibilities in project management.
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly recommended.
- Advanced project coordination and administrative skills.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and processes.
- Ability to integrate internal efforts and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Extensive experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Proficiency in advanced project management tools and techniques, including Gantt charts, critical path method (CPM), and earned value management (EVM).
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with risk management and quality assurance control.
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
